Yes, you can export your transactions to CSV, Excel, OFX and various other accounting software formats, which can be helpful where we don't have a direct integration with your accounting software.
To do this:
- Go to the Account tab
- Tap 'Transactions and statements' and click on 'Export transactions'
From here you can select which account you want to export your transactions from, either your main Mettle account, your savings pot, your regular pots or all accounts combined. We also have date range and transaction type filters so you can customise your export.
How do I download my old e-money account transactions after I’ve switched to the Mettle bank account?
If you've switched over to our bank account, you can export any of your e-money account transactions up to the date you switched over in the Mettle app by following the steps below:
Open the Account tab
Tap ‘Transactions & statements’
Tap ‘Export transactions’
Select the format you require
You'll see an option which shows 'Looking for your e-money transactions?'. Click here to export from your previous e-money account
You'll be asked to select a date range you require
Please note the export can only run up to 1000 transactions per export, so if it's larger, please break this into smaller exports.
