Your transactions and balance should automatically refresh in QuickBooks every 24 hours. If you want to check for updates, tap ‘Update’ in the banking tab of your QuickBooks account and it will retrieve any new transactions that are available.

Remember, we show transactions instantly in your Mettle app but some will take 2-3 days to be finalised (banks call this waiting for the transaction to clear).

We won’t send transactions to QuickBooks until we know they’ve cleared.
