My accounting connection is showing as active but my data is not being shared?

If your connection is showing as active in the Mettle app but your information is not being shared with your accounting provider, then you may need to re-confirm your access directly with them.

Accounting information providers are required to re-confirm access to your Mettle account every 90 days and will stop accessing your account information if you do not re-confirm access to your account.
