If you’re not happy with the outcome of your claim, please get in touch with us and we’ll look into your case. We’ll be able to raise a complaint for you if needed.

If you’re not happy with the outcome of a complaint raised with us, you’ll be able to raise this with the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).
