What can I use for site due diligence?

If we need to further verify your business and trading address, we may ask you to send in site due diligence.

You can provide us with one of the following:

- Evidence of licensing, regulation or supervision
- Membership or accreditation held with industry bodies
- VAT registration at trading address - The registration details must also include your name

If you're unable to provide any of the above, provide two of the following:

-Reviews and ratings (e.g. Google reviews, Trustpilot, eBay, Amazon marketplace reviews, Check-a-trade, etc)
-Directories and advertising (e.g. Yell, Thomson Local, 192, OpenTable.com)
-An online presence or local media coverage (e.g. website, social media page, media coverage by a local newspaper)

If you're unable to provide any of the above, please provide the following:

- Evidence from a regulatory body
- Letter from Solicitor/ Accountant
- Invoice from Solicitor/ Accountant
- Local Authority issued business rates document
- Certified copy of Contractor Contract
