How do I access my statements?

If you have recently switched from the e-money account to our new Mettle bank account, we sent you your final statement on the day of your switch.

If you can no longer access this, send us a message via your in-app chat.

If you have a Mettle bank account, and require access to your statements:

- Go to the Account screen
- Tap 'Transactions and statements'
- Select the statement you want to download

Your statements will be downloaded as a PDF and produced on the first day of every month. The PDF will show all your transactions from the previous month along with an account summary.

You can also download your account confirmation letter from this screen, if you need one.

If you need statements from a closed account, please follow these steps.
