How do I access my statements?

If you have a Mettle bank account, and require access to your statements:

  • Go to the Account screen

  • Tap 'Transactions and statements'

  • Select the statement you want to download

If you have recently switched from the e-money account to our new Mettle bank account, we sent you your final statement on the day of your switch.

To locate the email, search 'Mettle account final statement' or for emails from 'noreply@mettle.co.uk'.

Once you have located this email, the link will be valid for 15 days and can be used up to 25 times.

If you can no longer access this, follow this guide to download your old e-money transactions in a CSV or Excel format. Or if you require PDF statements, login to your Mettle app and send us a message via your in-app chat:

  • Go to the Account screen

  • Select 'Get Help'

If you've closed your account, or you're unable to access the Mettle app, email us at support@mettle.co.uk In the email, please let us know:

  • Your full name

  • Your business name

  • The month(s) and year(s) of statements you need
