You can't pay directly from a pot. To make an external payment, you’ll need to make an internal transfer from your pot to your main account first.
How to move money from a pot
Open the Mettle app and log in.
Navigate to your Pots list on the Home screen.
Tap on the Pot you want to move money out of.
Select the option to withdraw or move money from the pot.
Enter the amount and confirm the transfer.
The funds will move from the pot to your main account balance.
Note: You can only make external payments once the money is in your main account balance.
