How can I get a replacement card?

Find out how to order a new debit card, the steps to take in the app, and any costs for lost or damaged cards.

Fees mentioned to take effect from 11 May 2026.

To order a replacement card:

  • Go to the Account screen

  • Tap 'Replace' and follow the on-screen instructions

Please note Mettle does charge a £5 fee per card replacement if this is for the reason of being ‘lost’ or ‘damaged’.

Delivery takes five working days.
