Why is my connection showing as cancelled?

If your connection is showing as cancelled, this means that you have revoked access to the third party either from your Mettle app or from the third party app. For example, if you go to the Quickbooks banking app and remove access to Mettle then your connection will show as ‘cancelled’ in the Mettle app.
