To log in to your new device you will need to use the mobile number and email address already linked to your Mettle account. You will also be asked to enter your recovery code which is a sequence of three random words.

If you're unsure of what your recovery code is, you can reset this yourself from the Account screen. Just tap 'Security' and then 'Reset recovery code'. If you no longer have access to your old device please contact Mettle support on 0800 069 8380.
