How do I update my personal or business details?
How do I update my personal or business details?

You can update your mobile number, email address or personal address directly in the Mettle app.

To edit your details:

  • Go the Account screen

  • Tap 'Personal details'

  • Tap the pencil icon next to the information you'd like to update

Please note you can only update your personal details once every 24 hours.

To update your business details on your account, you'll need speak to our support team.

The easiest way to do this is to send us a message in our in-app chat or email us at support@mettle.co.uk.

If you are a Private Limited Company and are looking to update your business address or name, this will first need to be filed with Companies House.
