You can update your business name or address, mobile number, email address or personal address directly in the Mettle app.
To edit your personal details:
Go to the Account screen
Tap 'Personal details'
Tap the pencil icon next to the information you'd like to update
If you're a sole trader, to edit your business details:
Go to the Account screen
Tap 'Company details'
Tap the pencil icon next to the information you'd like to update
Please note you can only update your personal or business details once every 24 hours.
If you are a Private Limited Company and are looking to update your business address or name, this will first need to be filed with Companies House. Once you've done this, our systems will update your details within 24 hours.
