To log into Mettle on the Web:

  • On your desktop or laptop, head to and log in. Make sure you bookmark this page, so you can easily find it in the future. You can also use the login button in the top right-hand corner of the homepage

  • You’ll be asked to enter and then verify your email address by clicking a link that will be sent to your email – please make sure you do this on the same device you are trying to access Mettle on the web from. You will not be asked to verify your email again for seven days if you tick the box to trust this device.

  • We’ll also send you a push notification to the mobile device you use the Mettle app on asking you to approve access to Mettle on the web. You’ll have 10 minutes to do this, then the request will expire and you’ll need to start again. Once approved, Mettle on the web will launch on your computer or laptop.

If you’re having problems accessing your Mettle mobile app, contact us using the in-app chat or call us using the number on the back of your card.

If you see this notification or receive an email asking you to approve access to Mettle on the web and it wasn’t you who made the request, get in contact with our Support team immediately.
