Because Mettle accounts are provided by NatWest, we’re aligning ourselves to their banking system, which is called NatWest Boxed. This means we’ve needed to make a change to our Confirmation of Payee (CoP) process.
Now when a person or business tries to pay you and a CoP check is performed, instead of the Mettle logo and name appearing on the security page, it will instead display a NatWest logo and the name ‘NatWest Boxed’.
