You can change the details of an item in your ‘Products and services’ list using the Mettle app or on the web.
Edit an item in the Mettle app
Go to the ‘Invoices’ tab and select ‘Products and services’.
Select the item you want to change.
Select ‘Edit item’.
Update the details for this item.
Select ‘Save changes’.
Edit an item on the web
Go to the ‘Invoices’ tab.
Select ‘Manage’.
Select ‘Edit items’.
Choose the item you want to change and fix the details.
Select ‘Save changes’.
Note: Changing an invoice item will not affect any invoices or quotes you have already sent.
