The easiest way to delete an invoice item, will be from the ‘Products and services’ overview within the ‘Invoices' tab of your Mettle app.
Select the invoice item from the ‘Products and services’ list you want to delete
When the detailed view of the item opens up, you will then see the option to select ‘Delete item’
The app will ask you to confirm this choice in order for the item deletion to process
If sure, select ‘Delete item’ and the item will be removed from your list
For Mettle on the web:
Select the ‘Invoices' tab
Select the item you wish to delete
Select ‘Delete item’
The app will ask to confirm this choice in order for the item deletion to process
If sure, select ‘Delete item’ and the item will be removed from the invoice item list
Please note, once an invoice item has been deleted, this will be final. Should you need this item detailed on an invoice again, this will need to be re-added.
Deletion of invoice items will not impact already generated invoices. This also includes already generated quotes for Mettle+ users
