Send photos in the app
Note: Take a photo or screenshot using your phone camera first. Don't use the camera tool inside the Mettle app.
1. Open the Mettle app and go to your chat.
2. Tap the image icon under the message box.
3. Tap ‘Choose from Photos/Gallery’.
4. Pick the photos you want to share.
5. Tap the arrow icon to send.
Send photos by email
If you can’t send photos in the app, you can email them to us. We will then send them to the right team for you.
