It’s important to remember that the main account balance limit for Mettle bank accounts is £1 million for both sole traders and limited companies.
If you reach this £1 million limit, any further incoming payments, including international payments, will be declined. You will need to transfer funds out of your Mettle account to reduce the balance before the payment can be successfully attempted again.
