Yes, there are limits on transactions.

Incoming transactions | Payments into your account are uncapped unless they would increase your maximum balance.
For both sole traders and limited companies, your main account balance limit is £1 million. |
Outgoing transactions | For Faster Payment Bank Transfers there's a limit of £10k per transaction, however, this is not a daily limit and you can make multiple Faster Payment Bank Transfers in one day. |
Card transactions | - Single transaction limit of £10k - Weekly limit is £20k (7 day rolling) - Monthly limit is £50k (30 day rolling) - Contactless limit is £100 per transaction. |
Cash deposits | - Minimum single transaction limit £10 - Maximum single transaction limit £500 - Daily limit £500 - Annual £23k

Cash withdrawals | Daily limit is £500 per day (24 hour rolling limit) and £4,000 per month (30 day rolling limit)

Note: From 11 May 2026, a £1 fee applies to each cash withdrawal and a £2.75 fee applies to each cash deposit.
