What should I do if a bank transfer I'm expecting hasn't arrived?

Check to make sure that the sender has entered your account details correctly and that you haven't reached your account balance limit. Your limits can be checked here.

We accept Faster Payments and BACS. CHAPS payments are not supported.

If you have checked the above the payment still hasn't been received, please contact us via the 'get help' section of your Mettle app.
