You’ll still be able to use Google Pay if your Mettle card is misplaced or stolen. All you need to do is request a new card from your ‘Account’ screen in your Mettle app.

Whilst your new card is on the way, Google Pay will continue to work. You’ll see the last 4 digits of the card update in your Google Pay wallet to match the new card showing in the Mettle app.

When your physical card arrives you’ll need to activate it before use.
