You can update your business name or address, mobile number, email address or personal address directly in the Mettle app.
To edit your personal details:
Go to the Account screen
Tap 'Personal details'
Tap the pencil icon next to the information you'd like to update
If you're a sole trader, to edit your business details:
Go to the Account screen
Tap 'Company details'
Tap the pencil icon next to the information you'd like to update
Please note: you can only update your personal or business details once every 24 hours. You must have an active account to make changes.
If you are a Private Limited Company and are looking to update your business address or name, this will first need to be filed with Companies House.
