I have received a suspicious text message, email or phone call from Mettle, what should I do?

Please contact us via in-app chat if you have received a suspicious text message or email from Mettle. It’s important that you don’t click on any links or attachments that these messages may contain.

You can report cyber crime and fraud at reportfraud.police.uk or by calling 0300 123 2040.

If you have received a suspicious call from Mettle, please hang up and call us on the number on the back of your Mettle card.

If you have clicked any links in the message, divulged any personal details or you suspect that your card or account may have been accessed by someone other than yourself, please contact us immediately.

Just remember, Mettle will never ask you to move money or add a payee you don't know. If anyone claiming to be from Mettle or another bank asks you to make a payment, hang up right away and call us back using the number on your Mettle card.
