The Mettle app is only supported on devices where the operating system hasn't been modified or configured to allow software installation from sources other than those approved by Mettle Ventures Limited, including but not limited to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

This means you won’t be able to use the Mettle app if your Android device is rooted or if your iPhone is jailbroken, as this decreases the security on the device. If the app detects this, it won't function and will close down. This is to make sure your account is protected. To use the Mettle app, you’ll need to unroot your device or use a device that’s not currently rooted or jailbroken.
