We’ll be closing all Mettle e-money accounts and we’ll be in touch with formal notice on the date we plan for this to take place.

You won’t be able to keep your e-money account open after this date. If you want to keep using Mettle, you’ll need to switch to the new Mettle bank account before your e-money account closes.

In the meantime, there are no immediate changes to your Mettle e-money account, and you can continue to use it as you normally do.
