If you chose to switch to a new Mettle bank account
When you switched we transferred your balance over to your new Mettle bank account.
Any funds paid to your closed e-money account details after the switch will automatically be returned to the sender.
If you chose not to switch
Your account will now be in the process of closing and you’ll need to transfer your remaining balance to an alternative bank account.
