The Competition and Markets Authority is a regulator in the financial industry. They instruct all banks and financial providers in Great Britain with more than 20,000 active business accounts to be included in a survey with results published twice a year.
β
The survey asks customers questions around the level of service being provided by their provider. You're not required to take part in the survey, however your participation helps others understand the quality of our services. We appreciate your feedback given so we can look to continue to improve our products and services at Mettle.
β
BVA BDRC are the independent research agency who carry out the survey. Customers are selected at random to take part and you'll only be contacted once a year.
β
They'll never ask you to see your account, pay any money or ask for passwords or security information. If someone asks you to do this, please contact us as soon as possible.
