If you're using the Mettle bank account, CHAPS payments aren't supported.

If you're using the e-money account, your balance may not have updated yet as different types of payments can take longer than others.
Faster Payments are usually instant (but can sometimes take up to two hours) while CHAPS payments should be in your account within one working day. If you're expecting a BACS payment, it can take between three and five days.

If you see a payment or transfer listed in your transaction feed that isn't reflected in your balance, please contact our team for help. The best way to reach us is through our in-app chat.
