I have received a suspicious text message, email or phone call from Mettle, what should I do?

Please contact us via in-app chat if you have received a suspicious text message or email from Mettle. It’s important that you don’t click on any links or attachments that these messages may contain.

You can also forward the email to Action Fraud, the National Fraud & Cyber Crime Reporting Centre at NFIBPhishing@city-of-london.pnn.police.co.uk

If you have received a suspicious call from Mettle, please hang up and call us on the number on the back of your Mettle card.

If you have clicked any links in the message, divulged any personal details or you suspect that your card or account may have been accessed by someone other than yourself, please contact us immediately.
