Change your personal details
You can update your mobile number, email, or home address in the Mettle app.
Go to the ‘Account’ tab.
Tap ‘Personal details’.
Tap the pencil icon next to the information you want to update.
Change your business details
How you fix this depends on your business type.
Sole traders
Go to the ‘Account’ tab.
Tap ‘Company details’.
Tap the pencil icon next to the information you want to update.
Limited companies You need to file any changes to your business name or address with Companies House first. Once you've done this, our systems will update your details within 24 hours.
Note: You can only update your personal or business details once every 24 hours.
