How to log in and change your email
If you still have access to your old email and mobile number, you can fix this in the app.
Close the Mettle app and open it again
Tap ‘Log in’
Follow the instructions on your screen
Tap ‘Continue’ when you reach the ‘Verify ID’ screen
Complete the facial verification steps
Set a new passcode once your video is approved
How to edit your details
Once you have logged back into your account, follow these steps:
Go to the ‘Account’ tab
Tap ‘Personal details’
Tap your email address to update it
Note: This process only works if you can still access your old email address.
