How Mettle contacts you
Mettle will never call you without telling you first. We will always send an email or an in-app message before we call.
What we will never ask for
To keep your account safe, Mettle will never ask you to:
Share your login passcode
Scan a QR code or click a link to a QR code sent by text
Authorise ‘test’ payments
Reverse or cancel a transaction
Download software to share your screen
Important: If someone contacts you claiming to be from Mettle and asks for any of these things, stop the conversation and message us through the app immediately.
