How to log in
Go to web.mettle.co.uk on your desktop or laptop
Enter your email address
Open the email we send you and click the link using the same device
Approve the push notification on your mobile app within 10 minutes
Note: If you tick the box to trust your device, you won’t need to verify your email again for 7 days.
If you need help
If you can’t use your mobile app, help us by using the in-app chat or call the number on the back of your card.
Important: Contact our support team straight away if you get an email or notification to log in and you didn’t ask for one.
