If you're on the latest version of the Mettle app, the quickest way to log back into your account is by completing the secure facial verification journey.
Install the Mettle app and open it again.
Select ‘Log In’.
Follow the instructions on the screen.
Select ‘Continue’ when you reach the ‘Verify ID’ screen.
Follow the steps to record your facial verification video.
Set up your new passcode once your video is approved.
