You can download your Mettle transactions from the app in different formats. You can choose to include payment categories, receipts, and notes.
If you want to export invoices, you must first match them to a transaction.
How to download your transactions
Open the Mettle app and go to the 'Account' tab
Select ‘Transactions and statements’ and then ‘Export transactions’.
Choose your format, such as CSV, Excel, or OFX.
Pick the account you want to export from, like your main account or a pot.
Select your date range.
Choose if you want to include receipts, invoices, notes, or categories.
Select ‘Review export’ and then ‘Export’.
Important: You can only export up to 1,000 transactions at a time. If your export fails, it's likely because you have too many transactions. Try breaking your export into smaller date ranges.
