Monthly statements
Your account statements are created at the start of each month. This means you cannot get a full statement until the next month begins.
Note: We cannot make mid-month statements at this time.
How to get an account confirmation letter
If you need to prove your account details, you can download a confirmation letter.
Go to the Account screen.
Tap ‘Transactions and statements’.
Select the option for your confirmation letter.
How to export transactions
You can export your transaction history at any time if you need a list of your spending before your monthly statement is ready.
Go to the Account screen.
Tap ‘Transactions and statements’.
Choose the format you need to share or save your data.
