How to fix your FreeAgent sync
If your payments are not showing in FreeAgent, you need to disconnect and reconnect your account.
Go to the ‘Account’ tab in your app.
Tap ‘Connections’.
Disconnect your FreeAgent account.
Follow the steps to reconnect your account.
When asked ‘Have you previously uploaded transactions to FreeAgent?’, select ‘Yes’.
Choose the date of the last transaction you want to upload. We recommend you pick the date when your payments first stopped showing.
Log in to FreeAgent to finish the setup.
Note: Selecting the correct date helps make sure there are no gaps in your accounting data.
