How to fix missing FreeAgent categories

You need an active FreeAgent connection to see your category information in the Mettle app. If your categories are not showing, check your connection status.

How to check your connection

  1. Go to the ‘Account’ screen in your app.

  2. Select ‘Connections’.

  3. Check if your FreeAgent connection is active.

Note: Your connection only stays live for 90 days. If you don't refresh it within that time, you need to reconnect to FreeAgent to allow the apps to share data again.
