If Maia can't find the answer in the Help Centre, you can talk to the team at any time. You can also do this if you don't like its reply.
Type ‘I need to speak to someone’ in the chat.
Wait for a person from the team to pick up the chat.
Talk to the team member about your issue.
Note: You can ask to talk to a person at any time during your chat. All your messages with Maia will be passed to the team so they can help you fast.
