We’ll send you a push notification if you have them enabled. If not, just go straight to the app
Please check that the payment details are correct
'Authorise' the payment
If you need us to investigate a specific declined payment, you have two ways to get in touch:
Report a transaction: Start a new chat and select the 'I need help with a transaction' button. This is the fastest way to get your payment reviewed.
Chat with us: Alternatively, you can type 'speak to an agent' in your current chat to be connected to a member of the team.
