How do I authorise an online card payment in-app?

For some online transactions you’ll be prompted by 3D Secure to authorise the payment.

To authorise a payment in app:

  • We’ll send you a push notification if you have them enabled. If not, just go straight to the app

  • Please check that the payment details are correct

  • 'Authorise' the payment

If you need us to investigate a specific declined payment, you have two ways to get in touch:

  • Report a transaction: Start a new chat and select the 'I need help with a transaction' button. This is the fastest way to get your payment reviewed.

  • Chat with us: Alternatively, you can type 'speak to an agent' in your current chat to be connected to a member of the team.
