You can ask for a refund or raise a dispute when you've been:
Charged the wrong amount
Charged twice
Charged at the wrong time
Charged but your connection has expired
Charged but you revoked the permissions
Charged outside of the parameters you set for the payment
You can view your permissions and payments from your Mettle app by selecting ‘Connections’ on the Account screen.
Before we can look into your case, you'll need to try to resolve this with the third party first. If you’re unable to resolve this with the third party, contact us via the in-app chat with the following information:
Date of the transaction
Transaction reference used
Payment amount
Reason for your dispute
