Why you might not recognise a payment

Payments might look strange for these reasons:

  • The company is using a different trading name

  • A free trial has ended, such as Amazon Prime or Credit Expert

  • It is a regular card payment, like Netflix

  • A hotel or rental company has taken a pre-authorisation

What to do if you're worried about security

If you think someone else has used your card or account, you should lock your card and check your logged-in devices.

How to lock your card

  1. Go to the ‘Account’ screen in the app

  2. Tap ‘Lock card’

How to manage your devices

  1. Go to the ‘Account’ screen

  2. Select ‘Security and settings’

  3. Tap ‘Manage devices’

  4. Remove any session to log that device out of your account

Dealing with goods or services

If the payment is for items you haven't received, you must talk to the shop or company first to fix the issue.

Important: If you've talked to the company and still need help, or if you're sure a payment is fraud, contact us through the in-app chat. We can help with more information or start a fraud case for you.
