How do I access my statements on a closed account?
Updated this week

If you have recently switched from the e-money account to our new Mettle bank account, we sent you your final statement on the day of your switch.

If you can no longer access this, send us a message via your in-app chat.

If you've closed your account and are unable to access the Mettle app, email us at support@mettle.co.uk

In the email, please let us know:

  • Your full name

  • Your business name

  • The month(s) and year(s) of statements you need
