Yes. When you make an online card payment, you may be prompted by the merchant's website (via Mastercard Identity Check) to authorise the payment in the Mettle app. We’ll also send you a push notification when this happens, if you have them switched on.
How it works:
For some online transactions you’ll be prompted by 3D Secure to authorise the payment
We’ll send you a push notification if you have them enabled. If not, just go straight to the app
Please check that the payment details are correct

We do this so we know it’s really you that's authorising the payment.
