What happened to my scheduled payments and Direct Debits?

When you switched any scheduled payments and Direct Debits on your e-money account will have been cancelled. You’ll need to set up any scheduled payments and Direct Debits again using your new account details. You’ll also need to:

  • Recreate any pots you'd set up

  • Issue new invoices that contain your new bank account details. Old invoices weren't transferred to your new account
