Yes. When your new bank account was opened you’ll have been given a new account number and sort code. We’ll also have issued you a debit card with new details.
You’ll need to set up scheduled payments, Direct Debits and issue invoices with your new account details.
Any funds paid to your closed e-money account details after the switch will automatically return to the sender.
