For customers with an e-money account, Direct Debits that are over 2 years old won’t be visible as they’ll automatically be set as dormant. This is to meet regulatory requirements.
Direct Debits that are set as dormant can’t accept requests for funds or updates.
If you want to continue the Direct Debit payment, you’ll need to set up a new Direct Debit with the supplier.
