What will happen to my scheduled payments and Direct Debits?

When you switch you’ll need to switch over any scheduled payments and Direct Debits manually. You’ll also need to:

  • Recreate any pots you’ve set up

  • Issue new invoices that contain your new bank account details. Old invoices won’t be transferred to your new account

We recommend that you download your transaction history and statements before you switch, in case you need them after your e-money account has been closed
