For some online transactions you’ll be prompted by 3D Secure to authorise the payment.
To authorise a payment in app:
- We’ll send you a push notification if you have them enabled. If not, just go straight to the app
- Please check that the payment details are correct
- 'Authorise' the payment
If you don't recognise this transaction, select 'decline payment' and contact us via in-app chat as soon as possible.
