For some online shopping, you will need to approve the payment in the Mettle app using 3D Secure.
Steps to approve a payment
Look for a notification on your phone when you buy something online.
Tap the notification or open the Mettle app.
Check that the payment details on the screen are correct.
Tap ‘Authorise’ to finish your purchase.
If you do not recognise a payment
If you get a request for a payment you did not make, tap ‘Decline payment’. You must then contact us through the in-app chat right away.
Important: If you cannot see the button to approve your payment, make sure you have the latest version of the Mettle app.
