How to order a replacement card

Order a new debit card if your plastic is stolen, missing, or broken.

How to get a new card

You can order a replacement card directly in your app.

  1. Go to the ‘Account’ tab.

  2. Tap ‘Replace’.

  3. Follow the instructions on your screen.

Important: When you order a new card, your current card will be cancelled right away and you won’t be able to reactivate the cancelled card. Your new card should arrive within five working days.

  • Your current card will stop working immediately.

  • Replacing a lost or damaged card costs £5 (per replacement).

  • Your new card should arrive within five working days.

  • Let us know if you can't see the ‘Replace’ option in your app.
