How to get a new card
You can order a replacement card directly in your app.
Go to the ‘Account’ tab.
Tap ‘Replace’.
Follow the instructions on your screen.
Important: When you order a new card, your current card will be cancelled right away and you won’t be able to reactivate the cancelled card. Your new card should arrive within five working days.
Your current card will stop working immediately.
Replacing a lost or damaged card costs £5 (per replacement).
Your new card should arrive within five working days.
